Certified Personal Trainer | Expert in weight loss, fat burning and muscle gain
I started training in my mid-teens with a simple goal: to look and feel better. Like many beginners, I had no idea how to train or what to eat, and the endless information online left me overwhelmed. Over time, I made plenty of mistakes, but each one taught me valuable lessons. Now, I want to help others avoid those same pitfalls and learn how to train effectively right from the start.
With the knowledge I’ve gained, I’m confident I can guide anyone toward their fitness goals. So far, I’ve competed in four powerlifting competitions, earning two 2nd-place finishes and one 3rd-place finish, and I’m eager to share everything I’ve learned along the way.
