Where does the training take place?

I offer training at your condo gym or you can come to a partner gym located in the Asoke area.

What if I have a busy travel schedule?

No problem. I work with many busy professionals and can design programs that incorporate bodyweight exercises and hotel gym workouts to keep you on track while you're away.

How is this different from other personal trainers?

My focus is on education and empowerment. I don't just tell you what to do; I teach you the 'why' behind every exercise and nutrition choice so you can build lifelong healthy habits, not just get a temporary fix.

Do I need a gym membership for in-person training?

Not necessarily. We can train at your condo's gym if it has adequate facilities. If not, we can discuss training at a nearby gym; in this case, you might need a membership or pay guest entry fees, depending on the gym's policy.
