Gopal Kakad is a certified personal trainer with expertise in weight loss, fat burning, and muscle gain. He has personal experience transforming his own physique and has competed successfully in powerlifting competitions. Where are the in-person training sessions held?
In-person training sessions are primarily conducted in Bangkok. We offer flexibility by training at your condo gym or a mutually convenient fitness facility within the city. Please contact us to discuss specific location options.

What happens during an in-person session?

Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes! Our In-Person Partner Training package allows you to train with one other person. You both receive customized exercise plans suited to your individual goals and fitness levels, making it a motivating and cost-effective option.
Do I need a gym membership for in-person training?
Not necessarily. We can train at your condo’s gym if it has adequate facilities. If not, we can discuss training at a nearby gym; in this case, you might need a membership or pay guest entry fees, depending on the gym’s policy.

How does Online One-on-One Training work?
Online One-on-One sessions are conducted live via video call (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Each 60-minute session involves real-time instruction, form correction, and guidance, just like an in-person session, but from the comfort of your own space.
What’s the difference between Online Training and Online Coaching?
Online Training involves live, interactive video sessions with the trainer. Online Coaching is designed for those who prefer to train independently but need structure, accountability, and expert guidance. Coaching packages include personalized workout plans, check-ins, form analysis via video submission, and optional meal plans and 24/7 support depending on the package (Gold, Diamond, or Platinum).
How do you check my exercise form online?
For live Online Training, we correct your form in real-time during the video call. For Online Coaching packages (Gold, Diamond, Platinum), you can submit videos of yourself performing exercises, and Gopal will provide detailed feedback and corrections to ensure safety and effectiveness.
What equipment do I need for online training/coaching?
Your personalized workout plan will be designed based on the equipment you have available, whether it’s a full gym setup, limited home equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands), or even bodyweight exercises. We adapt the program to your resources.

How is progress tracked?
We track progress through various methods depending on your goals and package.
